Our Adjustable Pec Deck / Rear Deltoid is a very versatile machine, allowing the user to perform 2 of the most effective exercises for Chest and Shoulders. The adjustable arms can be set to the starting depth that the trainer prefers when using as a Pec Deck. The deepest setting creates the full stretch needed when working the Rear Deltoids. The sealed bearings make every rep smooth, while the design makes entering and exiting easy. Other features include swiveling hand grips; an adjustable seat; a foot rest; and a weight stack that is easy to reach from the use position.
